Job Title: Care Assistant - Complex Needs
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant to join our team and work with our 11-year-old client in Shirley who requires complex care and support throughout the night.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in providing personal care, administering medication, and manual handling. You will also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to the client as needed
- Administer medication and perform enteral feeding
- Monitor and record the client's condition and progress
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
