Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team in Southampton. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their daily lives.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,500 per annum.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment, with ongoing training and career development opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing quality care and life experiences to service users

- Contributing to the overall daily management of the home by coordinating activities during shifts

- Supporting new and less experienced staff in implementing procedures and service user guidelines

- Administering medication in line with Company Policy and CQC guidelines

- Delivering a clearly defined programme of care for each service user and maintaining accurate records

- Liaising with relatives, other staff, and professionals in consultation with the Home Manager
