Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cancer Care Coordinator to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our small happy team, you will play a vital role in coordinating the care of our patients with cancer, ensuring seamless transitions between different stages of their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating patient care across multiple departments and teams
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Managing patient data and records
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Monitoring patient outcomes and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days annual leave, employer and employee contributory pension, and private medical insurance.
