Job Description
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced medical environment? We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Pathway Coordinator to join our team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust. As a key member of the Cancer Care wards, you will be responsible for coordinating inpatient pathways and optimising bed flow.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work accurately to tight deadlines, and experience working in a busy medical environment. You will need to be able to read and comprehend medical notes and results, as well as communicate effectively with staff at all levels to ensure information quality meets their needs.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate inpatient pathways and bed flow
- Work closely with the inpatient team to ensure effective care delivery
- Input data to DWL and initiate e-Discharge summaries

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
