Job Description

As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be an integral part of the East Community Mental Health Team, providing assessment and duty work services. This role is perfect for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers who have experience working with individuals suffering from severe mental illness.

The team is highly supportive, offering case management supervision, clinical supervision, and opportunities for training to ensure your growth and development.

You will be responsible for managing and triaging referrals into the service, conducting timely assessments, and coordinating care for a diverse caseload.
