We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to integrate primary care services and mental health support, working closely with GP surgeries and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of care.
With a focus on patient-centred care, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with GP surgeries and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and develop crisis plans to support patients with complex needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform service development
Requirements:
- Registered mental health professional (e.g. nurse, psychologist) with relevant experience
