Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Team Leader to join our team in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational and clinical leadership capacity across our primary care Mental Health teams.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To support the Primary Care Service Manager in providing transformational leadership across the Enhanced Mental Health Primary Care teams in Southampton.
  2. To work collaboratively with Primary Care Networks, Providers, Voluntary and Third Sector Agencies to ensure services are accessible, proactive, and can provide a full range of interventions based on the principles of recovery and empowerment.
  3. To provide focused clinical input into a team where need arises.
  4. To support audit and evaluation of the Enhanced Primary Mental Health Care Model through active collaboration with all partners involved in the Enhanced Mental Health offer.

About Us

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a newly established organisation, combining the expertise and services of multiple NHS providers to deliver high-quality healthcare across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position requires a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with evidence of clinical study at level 6 and live professional registration without restriction.
