About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our secure patient transport service, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation for patients with mental health needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to transport patients between healthcare facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A valid full UK manual driving license and Enhanced DBS certification are essential requirements.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £26,593.80 per annum, plus benefits such as company pension, cycle to work scheme, and refer-a-friend scheme.
