Patient Pathway Coordinator Role for Orthopaedics and More

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our dynamic team as a Patient Pathway Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position with Monday to Friday working hours, 9:30 am to 6 pm, with some flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave.
Job Description:This role involves coordinating patient pathways across various specialties, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and Ophthalmology. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and customer service skills, experience working in a similar environment, and a genuine desire to contribute to a team that prioritises patient satisfaction.
As part of our administration and customer service hubs, you will be responsible for appointment bookings, liaising with referrers and external providers, and ensuring seamless communication with patients. Our focus is on delivering high-quality service and treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.
