We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing effective administrative processes to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

You will work closely with Patient Services Centre staff, Pathway Coordinators, Medical Secretaries, and other relevant personnel to build strong relationships and maintain excellent communication channels. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or management post within the NHS or a relevant industry. A GCSE education with passes in English and Maths is required, as well as experience in administration within a customer-focused environment. This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
