As a leading pension consultancy, our client seeks an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to lead their established team in delivering exceptional administration services for blue-chip clients.

The role involves overseeing the daily management of client relationships, participating in client/trustee meetings, and being a focal point for team technical issues.

You will also be responsible for implementing training, coaching, appraisals, and setting individual and team goals. Strong leadership skills are essential to help bring less experienced colleagues through the ranks.

A proven background in pensions administration, especially Defined Benefit and associated calculations, is required. The ideal candidate will possess a positive approach with the ability to mentor, influence, and manage relationships at all levels.

This opportunity offers a generous remuneration package and outstanding prospects. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
