Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our HR team in Southampton as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administration support and assistance with all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, training and development, performance and appraisal, engagement, reward and recognition, separation, well-being, and payroll administration.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong administrative and IT skills, previous experience within HR (24 months +), and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
