We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, including responding to calls and emails, and updating them with information in an effective manner.

You will be working closely with the Occupational Health team to manage the health surveillance and company medicals recall list, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate. You will also be required to accurately type medical reports, liaise with employees regarding their reports, and maintain Occupational Health records in accordance with record-keeping standards.

This role requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications and system savvy skills. A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads is also essential.

**Job Summary:**

  • Provide administrative support to the Occupational Health team
  • Manage the health surveillance and company medicals recall list
  • Accurately type medical reports and liaise with employees
  • Maintain Occupational Health records in accordance with record-keeping standards

**Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role within an Occupational Health or Health Care setting
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications and system savvy
  • A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
