About the Job

This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced construction and utilities environment, supporting the daily operations of our team. The Utilities Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting estimators with project administration, handling various aspects of project coordination, and creating applications to relevant utility companies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing estimates for utility construction projects, including gathering data, performing research, and completing application forms to DNOs (Distribution Network Operators).
  2. Working closely with Multi-Utility Estimators by completing land searches and creating precise location boundaries.
  3. Calculating load required for residential & commercial developments to complete applications to IDNO's for Asset Values.
  4. Tracking project timelines and milestones through our soft CRM system Salesforce, ensuring schedules are adhered to.
Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential, while knowledge of Salesforce CRM system is advantageous.
