We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Carnival UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. You will be working closely with our operations team and will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the office
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Providing administrative support for special projects
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination

This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer hybrid work arrangements, including up to two days from home.
