About the Job:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Soft FM to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Soft Services Manager and ensuring the smooth delivery of our soft facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the maintenance of effective soft FM delivery programs in line with client needs and contract requirements
  • Day-to-day support of soft FM contract deliverables, including administrative tasks and compliance with client business and financial controls
  • Handling FM communications with stakeholders and seeking client approval as necessary
  • Assisting with data gathering and client presentations, new spreadsheet creation, and annual updates of existing trackers
  • Supporting transportation services during the absence of the Garage Coordinator
  • Providing HR administrative support for hires, new starters, and leavers, as well as assisting with data gathering exercises, market research, and benchmarking costs and services
  • Actively engaging in a positive safety culture and coordinating preparation for client-related VIP visits and events
  • Maintaining statutory compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and formatting
  • Qualifications to include core high-level GCSE English and Maths
  • Familiarity with relevant systems and processes

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, plus free onsite parking and the opportunity to work with a leading FM & Real Estate company. Located in Fawley, Southampton, this role offers 5 days a week on-site working hours from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
