Warranty Administration Coordinator

The Solution Automotive Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency in the UK Motor Trade, with over 20 years of experience placing skilled candidates into various roles. We're now seeking an experienced Warranty Administration Coordinator to join our team.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration tasks
- Achieving all allocated objectives for the department and operating within the law at all times
- Planning and managing time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within agreed time scales
- Greeting customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Ensuring all group, manufacturer, policies and practices, and statutory legislation are strictly adhered to
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous administration experience, preferably with manufacturer warranties
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Kerridge software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
