About the Role

As a Marine Warranty Administrator at WeRecruit Marine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Motor Yacht Aftercare team in Southampton. Your primary responsibility will be to process all warranty requirements efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and validate warranty claims to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and facilitate prompt resolution of claims.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, keeping them informed about the status of their warranty claims.
  4. Communicate with customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Utilize IT systems to manage claims, track progress, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in warranty administration and proficiency in MS Office (Excel). The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
