We are seeking a highly organized and accurate Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Spire Southampton Hospital. As a key member of our Medical Records department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medical record management.

About the Role:

  • Take primary responsibility for preparing, tracking, and storing medical records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and transport them to relevant departments.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and filing of medical records due to high daily appointment volumes.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and accurate with excellent time management skills.
  • Good communicator and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
