Service Contract Administration Role
As an Invoice and Claim Administrator in our Service Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of claims and invoices. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team in Southampton and contribute to the success of our automotive service operation. About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting repair and maintenance claims, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation. You will also reconcile manufacturer payments, including claim discrepancies and aged debt management. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering high-quality results. We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to work independently and as part of a team. Microsoft Office applications are used extensively in the role, so proficiency in these tools is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims
- Ensure the quality and compliance of all documentation
- Reconcile manufacturer payments, including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience working in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role
- Proven track record in warranty/service contract administration
- Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge
- General IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
