We're looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Brook Street.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll receive training and tools to deliver exceptional service, understanding clients' unique financial and personal circumstances to provide sustainable repayment solutions with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate Effectively: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and SMS with clients and third-party organisations.
  • Manage Accounts: Rehabilitate loans, collect payments, resolve queries, and address issues.
  • Offer Tailored Support: Help vulnerable clients with personalized solutions and support.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including life cover, dental plans, pension, and more. You'll also enjoy 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (up to 25 days with service), flexible working hours, and access to ongoing coaching, feedback, and training.
