Role Overview

This role involves providing administrative support predominantly to the Apprenticeship Team and EPA Coordinator, ensuring compliance with ESFA funding rules and Ofsted inspections. The position is full-time with a hybrid contract, requiring attendance on campus for a percentage of the working week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening all Apprenticeship applicants for ESFA funding compliance
  • Supporting students through the onboarding process
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, good computer skills, and experience with PICS. A high level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively across all levels are essential. Experience in public speaking and networking would be advantageous.
