Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Southampton, UK. This role is ideal for a highly organized and efficient individual who can provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing scheduling software and communication tools.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
