Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Recruitment Specialist to support our dynamic recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent Excel abilities, and attention to detail.

About the Role:

This key position is central to the smooth operation of our fast-track recruitment process. As an Administrative Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing candidate applications, coordinating interviews, and processing employment checks.

You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates. Your passion for supporting recruitment efforts will drive success in this role.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in a complex administrative environment, proficiency in using the NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) HR and Payroll system, and experience with complex databases.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process, from managing candidate applications to coordinating interviews and processing employment checks
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensure the Trust's compliance with Home Office guidance when employing overseas nationals
  • Oversee the housekeeping of the recruitment system, ensuring applicants are processed through all stages and vacancies moved to outcome
  • Liaise with payroll to resolve and take action on any payroll queries for the division

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
