About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with our experienced recruitment team, developing your skills and knowledge in writing and managing adverts, following up on leads, and managing candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Writing and managing adverts on behalf of our clients to source highly specialist candidates.
  • Following up on leads and converting them into job applications.
  • Managing candidate databases and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly by telephone and email.
  • Experience of using databases and software relevant to the role.
  • Motivation to adopt increasing roles and responsibilities within the company longer term.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including holiday pay, pension scheme, and highly competitive commission schemes. Our office is located in Hamble, with easy access to transport links and on-site parking.
