The Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Southampton. The successful candidate will have a strong background in coordinating office activities, managing resources, and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office resources, including equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing systems and document control procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry and correspondence.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including monitoring expenses and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS365, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
