Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the service, including tasks such as typing, scanning and uploading information, and managing stationery and supplies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to prioritize tasks and make decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
• Develop and implement administrative systems and processes as required.

Requirements:
• GCSE English and Maths level 4/C or above, or a good standard of general education.
• RSA 3 Typing or equivalent experience.
• Business and Admin NVQ Level 3 equivalent experience.
• Experience of working in a constantly changing environment without direct supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet competing priorities and changing working practices.
• Good working knowledge of Windows-based packages.
• Understanding of confidentiality, Data protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to work with children and vulnerable adults.
• Ability to travel daily for meetings across a range of sites in Hampshire.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Working Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours considered.
