Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for independently managing projects from start to finish, prioritising conflicting needs, and ensuring project completion under deadline pressures. Your tasks will include booking travel and accommodation for senior managers and visitors, arranging entertainment and team-building events, and coordinating off-site conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant PA qualifications, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). You should also have high energy and drive, accurate and high-quality work, and the ability to work with people at all levels globally. Knowledge of InDesign is a plus but not required. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential, with experience of producing internal communication channels preferred but not essential.

Benefits
This is an office-based role that involves prolonged sitting and computer usage. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
