About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Southampton, where you will be responsible for leading our residential service and supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day supervision and management of the service
  • Shift allocation and staff rota oversight
  • Support with supervision's, ordering medication, and financial management
  • Colleague induction and training
  • Individual support for independence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Satisfactory DBS checks and references

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
