Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager to join our team at Sennen Lodge, a large detached home supporting eight individuals with severe learning disabilities and autism. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care, supervision, and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to residents
- Liaise with management and other shift leaders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £25,272 to £25,688 per annum (based on a 40-hour contract), plus various benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Educational Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications, such as Adult Care Worker Level 2 and Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3, or equivalent certifications.
