Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Our Care in the Home division supports children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
This role is for a Children's Support Worker to support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight. The client has a tracheostomy, ventilator, and PEG feed, and requires support with his clinical equipment.
The successful candidate will have a kind and caring nature, flexibility, and reliability. Good communication skills are essential for this role.
About the Role- Support a child with complex health needs in their family home
- Work waking nights, 10pm-7am, full-time (4 x nights a week)
- 36 hours a week
- Up to £17 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager
- Accrued holiday pay
