Support Teacher for Complex Needs

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable pupils and young people? Do you have experience working with students with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

We're seeking a Support Teacher for Complex Needs to join our team at Dibden Park School, a brand-new school based in Southampton for students ages 5-16 years old with complex SEMH needs. As a Support Teacher, you'll work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education and care to our students.

Your responsibilities will include supporting students with their learning, preparing materials, and participating in classroom activities. You'll also contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes and engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team that's committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. The estimated salary for this role is £22,300 per annum, based on a 40-hour week and term-time only contract.
