Vetro Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Children's Residential Home Manager to join our team in Southampton. As a seasoned professional in Learning Disabilities care, you will lead a team of dedicated individuals in managing a 6-bed residential home, providing exceptional care and support to young people with complex needs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. With a strong background in managing residential homes, you will excel in developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote resident well-being and safety.
As a respected leader in the field, you will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times.
Your Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
- Experience working as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a residential children's home environment
You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care services.
