About the Job:
We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Southampton, where you will play a key role in leading our residential service and supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
- Allocate shifts and oversee staff rotas
- Support with supervision's, ordering medication, and financial management
- Induct new colleagues and provide training as needed
- Help individuals gain independence in their daily lives

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
