Pick for Britain is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team. As a leader in our care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert leadership and supervision to care staff during your shift
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of medication
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
  • Work collaboratively with care assistants to provide support and guidance
  • Participate in service development initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

Your Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus additional benefits

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others with a strong understanding of care planning processes
  • Excellent organizational, IT, and delegation skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
