Job Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their full potential, working closely with teachers and other staff to deliver personalized learning plans and activities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN, using a range of strategies and techniques to engage and motivate them.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assisting students with classroom tasks, ensuring they are engaged, focused, and supported in their learning.
