Support Worker for Young Adults with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Southampton, working with young adults with disabilities and complex healthcare needs.
This is a rewarding role that requires a child-centred approach, providing high-quality care and enabling each individual to grow and develop healthily.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting vulnerable young people, promoting their welfare and well-being, and making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily care and support to young adults with disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Implement and maintain clear boundaries necessary for creating a safe and secure environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care and support.
- A competitive salary of GBP24,133-GBP29,000 per annum, plus additional payments for sleep-in duties.
