We are recruiting for a highly skilled and dedicated PBS and BSL Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
About the RoleThis full-time, permanent position involves supporting individuals in Hampshire, with occasional travel to Manchester required. The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driving license, British Sign Language level 2 or 3, and experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Autism.
You will work closely with the individuals we support, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care. Your role will involve daily care and support, building relationships, empowering independence, and promoting social engagement.

Responsibilities- Daily care and support: assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks

- Social engagement: supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone can enjoy what they love doing
