About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Care Manager to join our team at Keys Group, a leading provider of innovative care and education for young people in the UK.

As a Lead Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of our new establishment in Southampton. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in LD residential childcare settings, including complex health and physical disabilities. You will have a commitment to delivering high-quality care according to OFSTED regulations and a good understanding of SCCIF guidelines.

You will also have some in-depth knowledge of LD and other complex challenging behavior needs of young people. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management) qualification is desirable but not essential. Supervisory or management experience is required to meet OFSTED regulation requirements.
