About the Job:
The successful candidate will be required to hold a full, valid, and clean driving licence, access to their own motorised transport, and business insurance policy. They must be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families, always adopting a person-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve their life goals and aspirations.
- Pursuing hobbies and interests, such as cooking, baking, art, watching films, and gaming.
- Being part of the local community and attending events with family members.
- Assisting with cooking, domestic duties, personal care, attending appointments, and social activities.
- Providing companionship, reassurance, and enabling confidence.
