Empathetic Care Professional

As a Specialist Care Support Worker, you will be passionate about making a difference to an individual's life. The purpose of the role is to support our customers to achieve life goals and aspirations through social, emotional, physical, and cultural requirements in a person-centred way, as outlined in the customer's individualised care plan.
You will be required to hold a full, valid, and clean driving licence, access to your own motorised transport, and business insurance policy. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Support Worker who is keen to develop their career through training, learning, and gaining relevant qualifications.
The role offers a supportive and dynamic work environment, where you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care services. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, paid day off on your birthday, 6 weeks paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), Excellent Refer a Friend bonus scheme, Training time paid, Guaranteed hour contracts, Pay enhancements for a care qualification over level 2, Free training & comprehensive training package, Free branded workwear and lanyard, Access to a free Blue Light Card, and Employer contributory pension scheme.
