We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our team. As a Specialist Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with individuals with unique disabilities and associated health needs. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families.

As a member of our Specialist Care Support Team, you will be passionate about making a difference to the individual's life. The purpose of the role is to support our customer to achieve life goals and aspirations through social, emotional, physical and cultural requirements in a person-centred way.

A salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this exciting opportunity. Benefits include paid holiday, training time paid at National Living Wage, guaranteed hour contracts, and more.
