Job Title: Support Worker - Southampton and Chichester

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in the Southampton and Chichester areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with vulnerable young people aged 16-25 in a supported living environment.

The shifts are 24 hours with a highly paid sleep-in, rotas are done one month in advance (subject to change) and you can work up to 4 x 24 hour shifts a week if available. Most shifts are lone working 1:1 with the young person but there is plenty of support available via the management team and on-call.

The ideal candidate will possess good initiative, be emotionally resilient, patient, and empathetic. The ability to create and maintain safe working boundaries between you and the young people you will be supporting is paramount.

Salary:

£14.00 per hour, plus £50.00 sleep-in rate.
