Support Worker Opportunities in Hampshire

FPR Group is seeking dedicated individuals to fill Support Worker positions across various settings in the Hampshire area. We are looking for candidates with experience in supporting adults and post-16 young people or a similar career background. Successful applicants will possess the skills and mindset to work with vulnerable individuals who have faced traumatic issues. Emotional resilience, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential. Creating and maintaining safe working boundaries is crucial when dealing with challenging and unpredictable behaviors.

The role offers excellent hourly rates of pay, weekly pay via BACS, holiday pay earned separately, enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS, mandatory training, and optional Workplace Pension. Our experienced Health & Social Care Consultants provide support, including detailed project information, supervised training, continuous encouragement of up-skilling, and 24/7 contact in emergencies.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to vulnerable individuals in their homes and communities. Estimated salary range: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
