PDA Search & Selection is seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to join their Hampshire-based team. As a key member of the Grounds Maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining business parks, retail parks, educational sites and public areas throughout Hampshire.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong grounds maintenance experience and relevant qualifications such as PA1/PA6a, NVQ, Chainsaw and CSCS. A valid UK driving license and DBS check are also requirements.

As a dynamic and supportive team player, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality services and work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hedge cutting, shrub and rose bed maintenance, grass cutting and sports pitch markings
  • Routine maintenance as advised by managers and clients
