Experienced leaders in the social care sector are sought by TRCGroup to take on a challenging and rewarding role as Lead Specialist Care Manager for their team in Hampshire.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive quality care delivery, ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers. As Lead Specialist Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing supported living services across Southampton, Portsmouth, and wider Hampshire areas, promoting excellence in customer-centered care and support.

You will have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver outstanding results, with experience in mentoring, supervision, and modelling best practices. Your expertise in care planning, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant legal requirements will be invaluable in driving the success of this role.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage a team effectively, ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers and workloads are managed accordingly. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of quality control compliance systems, performing quality assurance visits, and managing complaints and incidents.

A competitive salary package is on offer, including a basic salary up to £45,000 per annum, plus additional earnings from the on-call rota, shared between 12 managers, potentially reaching circa £7,000 per annum.

In addition to the salary, benefits include paid day off on your birthday, 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, excellent Refer a Friend bonus scheme, access to a free Blue Light Card, and employer contributory pension scheme.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it, with a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. A PBS qualification or experience in this area is highly desirable.
