We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team in Totton and Southampton. As a valued member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will travel around Totton & surrounding areas to support our customers with their daily needs. This may include providing personal care, assisting with meal preparation and medication management, offering companionship and emotional support, and supporting customers with everyday household tasks.

We value real-life experience rather than previous work experience, so do not worry if you have never worked in the healthcare industry before. We can support you in our pre-employment training and shadow shifts to ensure you will be confident in your new role.

Requirements
  • Compassion and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a caring nature.
  • Flexible to work minimum 3 shifts per week & alternate weekends.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rates (£13.00-£23.19 per hour). PLUS paid mileage, travel time & holiday pay ON TOP of your contact time rate.
  • Flexible working hours to suit your schedule (shift patterns 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm).
