Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Home Instead Senior Care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and companionship in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
  • Providing companionship and social interaction

Requirements

  • Able to work alternate weekends
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle insured with Class A Business insurance
  • No formal care experience required - full training provided
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • UK resident with the right to work in the UK

We cover areas such as Shirley, Whiteley, Park Gate, Sarisbury Green, Netley & Portswood.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £13.00 per hour (£26,880 per year), with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
