Day Support Care Worker

As a Day Support Care Worker at Cygnet Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Our specialist residential service, Devon Lodge, provides a safe and comfortable environment where our team can promote independence and community integration.
The ideal candidate will be confident and passionate about providing outstanding care, working 42 hours a week, including 12-hour shifts from 7:30 am - 7:30 pm. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team to develop personalized plans that cater to each individual's specific needs.
