Care Team Manager

About the Position- This is a full-time position with a salary of approximately £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering person-centred care plans, promoting independence and well-being among service users.
